This device has three independant channels and three diagnostics. BLOCK DIAGRAM Built-in thermal shut-down protects the chip from over temperature and short circuit. The control inputs are 5V CMOS logic level compatible. The open drain diagnostic outputs indicate short circuit (no load) and overtemperature status.
